New travel app for this new normal

QUESTRAVEL, a free app designed to improve the traveler experience, is now available for download.

This solution identifies, organizes and structures answers to more than 8,500 frequently asked questions from different types of travelers, using an artificial intelligence engine that automatically updates and provides all the information and offers a chatbot-based service assisted by professional travel concierges.

Born during the beginning of the COVID era, the app has been developed by experts in technology, consulting, travel and tourism of various nationalities, with development teams in America and Europe.

QUESTRAVEL is intended to become an application for frequent travelers in all stages of the trip, from the planning phase to the end of it. Essential for all those who want to avoid any type of mishap on their trips, having permanent help support and other added services that provide security and confidence.

In its free version, it provides travelers with multiple services. Among other utilities, the application allows you to consult the health and safety protocols of each destination, request travel visas, contacts of embassies and consulates in the country of destination, emergency contacts of health services, police; In addition to offering the main providers of activities according to the interests of each trip, whether for work or pleasure.

Likewise, QUESTRAVEL offers a paid version called ACE, which provides access to high-value services such as travel insurance with extensive coverage, access to management services for requesting the issuance of electronic tourist visas, contracting transfers in each destination and consult personalized tour guides according to the interests of each traveler.

In addition to offering its services to the final traveler, QUESTRAVEL is a solution for companies that want to provide greater security to their employees.

As Oscar Izquierdo, Chief Operating Officer of the company, indicates, “we are currently closing agreements with insurance companies and travel wholesalers, to whom we usually offer exclusivity in the country where they operate. We are convinced that it will be a definitive solution for airlines, tour operators, large companies and even for public administrations”.

The application is already available for free and in Spanish, although it will soon be available in other languages as well.
